Refund policy
Final Sale Policy Please read the product descriptions carefully before making your purchase as all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the artwork is clearly damaged upon arrival and photo proof is provided.
Return Policy We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return due to damage.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return due to damage, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it.
- Be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Be accompanied by photo proof of the damage, which must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the artwork.
Return Process To start a return, please contact us at nfoolish.studio@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to a specific address in New York City. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving the artwork) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send an image of the damaged artwork to nfoolish.studio@gmail.com. If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package, do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately.
If the artwork is evaluated as damaged, we will request that you send it back to us, free of charge. You will be fully refunded once the artwork is received and inspected at our studio.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges We do not accept exchanges for any artwork purchased.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the damaged artwork at our studio. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
